From 2016 to 2018, DIS increased joint sales by over 500% with one of our Cloud & Data partners. In 2019, sales grew another 30% showing no signs of slowing down any time soon! With year-on-year growth, we’re looking forward to what we can accomplish in 2020!
Being a successful solutions provider in the I.T industry has been a long journey, we’re proud of where we are today and thankful for the lessons we’ve learnt along the way. One very important lesson is having a great relationship with our partners is essential when providing the best solution for our customers.
Experience with bad service providers
Over the years, we have had some frustrating experiences with other service providers, each coming with their challenges. Such as; delays in circuit installations, hidden costs that we weren’t aware of and even simple tasks such as getting lines installed. However, the one we found most challenging was the lack of communication with some providers. Not being able to talk directly with the account managers or the engineers is very difficult when working on urgent projects for our customers.
Providing Cloud & Data services with trusted partners
Thanks to our successful relationships with trusted partners, we’re able to provide great Cloud & Data services, such as MPLS circuits, direct internet and SD-WAN. We also provide a lot of our customers with Cloud Solutions, being able to migrate from traditional on-prem server solutions to private, public and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Helping our customers achieve a bespoke journey to cloud migration.
We currently just rolled out a 20 site MPLS network. Providing a high-speed, resilient infrastructure of which we provide a managed firewall services with a centralised internet breakout to improve security and administration. With 12 hosted servers at the moment, we’re set to grow and expand into Europe soon. Impact wise, working with accessible partners has made our life much simpler for us and much quicker for our customers.
Since working with our hosted solutions partner, our cloud sales and data services have shot through the roof. We were nominated for the SDC Awards 2019 under the “Managed Services Provider of the Year” category, in conjunction with Node4, which is fantastic to be recognised in the industry for the work we’ve done. We’re able to provide an end-to-end solution for our customers, which is much more efficient.
