Established in 1983, Data Installation & Supplies Ltd have gone from strength to strength, establishing ourselves as one of the UK’s most innovative and knowledgeable Network Solutions companies.

Mick Foster, Managing Director of DIS, was originally a fully qualified electrician and service engineer before realising the necessity of cabling infrastructures for IT businesses, such as international giant IBM. He carved out his own niche in this field and the company flourished, acquiring a major customer who still comes to us for further work and support to this day.

This successful trajectory has been facilitated particularly by two main aspects, DIS’ willingness to embrace innovative technology in our work, and our dedication to providing customers with the best possible service, support and solution. As a testament to this commitment, many of our customers have been with us 20 years and more, demonstrating our exceptional standards of support and service.

As a family-run business, these values have deep roots in everything that we do. DIS wants to form long-lasting relationships with our clients and be a name they know they can turn to for advice, support and future work.

Health and Safety

DIS strives to ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are implemented and understood by every member of the team, ensuring a safe working environment for all. We have been a member of the Safe Contractors Association since February 2008 and currently employ a NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager.

Finally, DIS holds ISO9001.2015 Quality Management System accreditation and have had 1509001.2008 since 1987.
